The genesis of the RAMP® Program began when we starting leading complex business transformation (Change Management) projects over 30 years ago inside large corporations. The intent of these projects were to identify all areas of billion-dollar business units to maximize top line, minimize bottom line, make them more competitive.
The ultimate measurement was winning larger more complex billion-dollar contracts. It was a smashing success. Every business unit wanted us to “optimize” their organization.
We learned from these multi-year projects that to maximize results – finding millions in savings and discovering how to billions in new revenue we had to develop hundreds of new methods, formulas, templates, tools and expertise because the business challenges were becoming more complex.
The good news is the results were amazing. The bad news is that few companies can afford million dollar a year transformation and performance improvement projects.
To solve that problem about 20 years ago we bundled the concepts, principles, delivery, implementation and support into packaged modules into a budget friendly model.
