Then after charging you a quarter of a million to a million dollars, present up to dozens to hundreds of PowerPoint slides with reems of supporting data documents. If the consulting team is highly talented, they will boil thousands of words, graphs, and data down to 4-6 strategic initiatives. Then send you a new and much larger (million dollar +) invoice for implementation “Phase II”.

Imagine if you were in a car accident and an ambulance took you to the emergency room. What would you hope they would do? Thorough diagnostics of your situation, right? Would you want a doctor, surgeon, or anyone “working” on you if they didn’t have the best insight possible? That’s why our assessments are like an MRI, X-Ray, and verbal analysis. The perfect range of accurate data points can do two important things: 1) identify the best intervention, and 2) craft the perfect procedures. A business is just like the human body with many functions and systems that must all be working together perfectly.
We offer a few assessments based on strategic systems (Revenue Growth®, organizational design and performance (sales, marketing, etc), and Talent Mapping. What we don’t offer is individual people assessments. The people testing space is over saturated with high quality work crowded out by the over marketed hyped- up individual focused testing. Something you must know – 99% of all interventions are based on “people fixes” to train, turn, treat, or torture (abuse). But only 1% of the time performance issues are an individual. There is NO case study in the world where an organization has trained, hired, or over managed and have achieved highest level optimization. People (employees at all levels) are a small part in system’s thinking design but are not in the top five of organizational performance optimization.
Workshops can range from half a day to four days. We’ve delivered four-day workshops all over the world and that is about as much as a team can go through. From our questionnaire we will work to customize workshops based on your needs, goals, bandwidth, change muscle, and budget. We’re certified in the three areas of “change management” and performance optimization so we can help you get the right one.
It’s always best to have everyone in the room. However, that is just difficult and expensive for most organizations, so we are confident and comfortable delivering a workshop 100% virtual or physical and some combination. In addition, because of our certifications and experience delivering over 10,000 hours of content we can make any type of environment work for all attendees.
