Optimizing sales is simply the most important thing a company, leader, owner or entrepreneur can do. Optimizing sales means making the most money – new contracts, clients, or cash while using the least amount of resources, money, or time doing it. Optimizing sales or maximum results with minimum effort is “game-changing” for every type and size company. If you think about it everything that is done in the company is to drive sales – delivery, operations, support, HR, etc is MUST be measured by how they impact sales. If a company doesn’t produce highly profitable, low expense, consistent, sales results – nothing else in the company matters. Yes, that is a core topic of so many speeches. We delivered an all day speech and workshop in Florida recently and through revenue sharing the client ending up paying nothing for the whole day.
