Our experience helping public companies achieve 90%+ win rates for years at a time also gives us no competition.

We don’t publish a list for competitive reasons, but we do take you through a process with a few questions (we’ve done this thousands of times) to identify root cause. For example – sales performance issues which are typically thought of as people issues are always mis diagnosed. There are 4-5 typical root causes that impact sales performance, and we can help you quickly identify them. Then we will customize a workshop just for that specific issue. For example, so many times sales performance issues are a “sales modeling design” failure. We can fix that for you.

Sometimes. However, in many cases because we are fixing root cause there will be some post session work. We will provide a follow with you at the right point in time to either help you get unstuck or provide some strategies to accelerate progress. And with our decades of experience, we can usually give you an idea of the complexity of change or required implementation efforts.
