The E2M™ program is a 12-month program split up into four phases just like the book. Each phase covers 3-4 chapters with basically a chapter a month. Because you will be assigned to a progress partner we do need a commitment for at least 3 months. We have promotions and or discounts for paying for all four phases up front.

On occasion we have partners who are the best fit and so we do two things. At the start of each new quarter, we might switch people around just to get different types of thinking and perspectives. In addition, Kent Billingsley the expert will attend some of your partner meetings. He will evaluate the partnership and the partners. If he feels there isn’t a fit or one partner is not upholding their responsibilities, he might switch them out.
Yes and no. Yes, for those who do the work, read the materials, bust their assets to learn and implement, and are also good Progress Partners and members are successful on many different levels. If an attendee is not committed to the work, the learning, the transformation effort we will let them know. If they don’t change their behavior, we will not invite them back. To date those who have been asked to leave were not running good businesses or making money, but still didn’t want to go through our change processes. They just couldn’t grasp that they were the biggest roadblock to success.
